Dennis Breuler - Guitar Tech
Dennis Breuler
Dennis is our in-house playability and setup technician that has been doing professional guitar repair for over 15 years. Whether you need a setup, re-fret, major structural repairs or any other playability work you can trust the long experience of a true industry professional. Dennis's professional music industry experience comes from working 10 years as a guitar tech for world renown Larrivee guitars. He is also factory authorized by many top guitar companies. Before entering the music industry, Dennis was worked as a mechanical engineer and machinist designing and manufacturing advanced machine prototype parts for Honeywell.
Bill Bro - Circuit Engineer
Bill Bro
Bill is an electrical engineer that has been designing ground braking guitar electronics since 1999. No matter what type of circuit project you have, Bill is the right man for the job. Bill's professional background in the music industry began as the lead micro-controller and digital circuit engineer for Precision Music Technologies. He has done circuit design for advanced products like the Guitar Max system as well as other music products. Bill is also a senior professor at DeVry University and has worked as a "rocket scientist" for NASA designing components for the Space Shuttle and SR-71. Bill also patented the world's first micro-watt meter and performed actual "brain surgery" while training doctors on his patented medical devices.
Randy Davis - Artist Relations
Randy Davis
Randy Davis is the designated Artist Relations representative for GuitarElectroncis.com Inc. His connections in the music industry are long and wide (that's Hetfield's axe he's playing in the picture). No matter if it's schmoozing with rock gods or providing beer, booze and swag for the up-and-coming rockers in the trenches, Randy is always in the right place at the right time. In addition to working with our staff, Randy is also the former Dean endorsed guitarist for Exile and Motive. In recent times, Randy has landed a Jackson endorsement for his incredible "shred-god" work with Body of Scars.
Angie Jacobs - Store  Manager
Angie Jacobs
Angie is our hard working company controller. A degree in Small Business Management has primed her for the critical task of "handling the cash". From parts sourcing to  company financial work, she is the true backbone of the business office. Since 2001, Angie  been purchasing and selling countless numbers of guitar parts and accessories from the industries top manufactures. No matter if she's buying pickups from Seymour, ordering hardware from Fender or sourcing other guitar parts and accessories, the sales reps are always happy to get her call.
Bob James-Shipping & Receiveing
Bob James
Bob is our Shipping & Receiving Manager. many of the repairs we do come from clients all across the nation and Bob is the man that ships and receives them all. Since 1996, he has been our "Boxes in - Guitars Out" guy. If your guitar or gear is in for service from out-of-state, you can rest assure that Bob will pack and ship it for safe arrival. Long before working with our staff, Bob was a well known session cat on the Chicago jazz scene. Anyone that was around the Chicago jazz clubs or did recording sessions in the 1950s knows the amazing drum work of Bob James. In addition to shipping and receiving in our shop, Bob also "Shreds" every day (on the paper shredder).   
Doug James
Doug is our in house finish and and structural repair specialist (no relation to Bob James). Doug is a top Graduate from the valleys own renown Roberto Venn School of Luthiery and a finish Gibson specialist. before joining out repair team in 2008. Doug worked as a paint and finish specialist for Gibson at their Montana acoustic guitar facility where he in the Jedi arts of fine finish work and making paint and finish problems disappear. From paint finish and blemish repairs to complete structural rebuilds and refinish work, no job is to large or to small.
Gary Lowe - Amp & Electronics Tech
Gary Lowe
Gary is our shop manager and as well as our in-house Amp Tech & Electronics Tech. As an electronics engineer and repair shop owner, Gary has been designing and repairing amplifiers and pro audio gear in the Valley for over 40 years. No matter if it's vintage tube amps or modern solid state gear, Gary has seen (and fixed) it all. Anyone that has frequented the famous music store Note Works knows Gary's expertise in the music industry. He has provided warranty service for many top companies and is factory authorized for most brands of amplifiers and PA gear.
Rob Super - CEO & Guitar Tech
Rob Super
Rob is our corporate CEO, product engineer and guitar tech. He has been working professionally in guitar industry designing, building and repairing guitar electronics since the early '90s and his reputation is global. He is also factory authorized by many top guitar companies and has done Beta testing for Seymour Duncan and others pickup makers. As an electronics tech and product consultant for Shadow Elektroakustik of Germany, Rob was trained by the world famous "pickup guru" Joe Marinic. His engineering education & background also landed him a job as the analog circuit engineer for Precision Music Technologies. Rob has also been personally granted several patents for revolutionary designs like the Guitar Max Programmable Pickup Control System and other devices. Before founding The guitar and Electronics repair Center, Rob was a "hair metal shredder" on the local metal scene replacing Michael Bruce (of Alice Cooper fame) as the lead guitarist for The Josiah Band. Fortunately for guitarists across the country, his personal love for circuit engineering was stronger that the desire to wear leather and play speed metal. (hard to believe the 80s really happened eh!)
